William Milligan has lived in Washington, D.C. for the past 25 years. He began his Washington career in 1991 in the White House, where he worked in the Correspondence Office for First Lady Barbara Bush.
In 1992, he worked for Public Opinion Strategies in Alexandria, VA. From 1993 to 1994, he served as the Director of Scheduling and Advance for the Co-Chairman of the Republican National Committee.
From 1994 through 1999, Will served as Director of Events and Office Manager for Barbour, Griffith & Rogers, a local lobby and law firm. From there he moved onto be Finance Director for the Ferguson for Congress Campaign in New Jersey.
Fast forward two years and Will combined his skill with events design and management with his knack for finance and fundraising to found Will Milligan Events in 2001. Since then the company has developed a diverse client base ranging from the political and financial to the corporate world with each event designed to accomplish that client’s specific goals. Working closely with his client’s vision and budget, Will has developed a reputation for thoughtfulness, attention to detail and proven success with events of all sizes and styles.
Will is originally from Summit, NJ and is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s College.
