During the RNC 2012, WME produced and managed a variety of successful events including a “Late Night Party” featuring country music stars, Montgomery Gentry in concert. The concert was a tremendous success with over 700 guests and seven Governors in attendance. It was one of the “hot ticket” late night parties for Tuesday night of the RNC.
Stumps Supper Club, a superb location 2 blocks from the Forum, was selected as the venue for this private concert. For the build out of Stumps, WME designed the stage and lighting to enhance the ambiance of a rock and roll theme.
WME created a VIP area for Governors and special guests to enjoy the concert with prime viewing of the stage. The VIP area was stocked with Maker’s Mark bourbon and original Hatch posters and guitars signed by Montgomery Gentry and t-shirts.
WME partnered with Elan Event Studio of Tampa, Florida to assist with the planning of the YG Network Women’s Up Pavilion, located just two blocks from the Convention in Channelside. The Pavilion served as a gathering place for RNC attendees to congregate during Convention and recharge and relax in style. The Pavilion hosted political panels, Wi-Fi, a café and bar, salon and lounge area for all guests to enjoy.
WME also planned and managed a private luncheon for the BGR Group and clients at 717 South Restaurant, a local hot spot in Tampa.
